* Items are based on 'first come first serve' basis.
* Goods are sold upon 'as is' basis since ALL items are NEW.
*All price are fixed, plz be fair to other mami who dont negotiate on pricing.
* All transactions are final. All item sold are neither non-refundable or exchangeable, but I will consider case by case basis on the reason for any exchange, return or refund and also based on item(s) availability.
* Plz note that we are NOT responsible in the event of any non-delivery, postal/ custom delays, loss or breakage incurred during shipping.
* Measure of kids Clothing given so please do measure your child carefully because wrong size purchase, items cannot be change.
* Reservation is allowed but only within 3 days, but if you like I to reserve for you much longer, plz deposit 50% of total price for secure booking.
* Booking is allowed, however order will be cancelled if no payment received within 3 days.

- Color of the item(s) may different due to different screen resolution but I'll do my best to describe the exact color of the item(s).
- All sold item will be deleted for convenience purposes.
For Pre-order :
a) Pre-order means that I will only order the item from my supplier exactly as requested by customer (color, size, quantity).
b) Plz put some deposit to confirm your order, before I get the item from supplier.
c) Once confirmation have been made, any cancellation or changing the color/ size/ quantity is not allowed. In case of cancellation, deposit will not be refund.
d) In case the item ordered is not available, I will return your full deposit.
e) When the items arrive, I will inform you and expecting full payment to be made before delivery.
